Whether you buy a whole or half lamb, you get a representation of what the whole lamb has to offer. This includes lamb chops, shanks, legs, roasts, and ground meat - all at a discounted price from if you bought these meats individually.

You have MANY options within these cuts....too many to list here....but here are some things you need to know:

• After placing your order online, please contact us via phone or email so that we can discuss your options.
• Please give us at least two weeks between the time you contact us and the day you hope to receive the delivery.
• We will run through your cutting options with you, including your preference for lamb chops or lamb racks, more roasts or more ground lamb, and so on.
• The weights of animals can vary greatly, so while we estimate you will get 40 lbs. of meat for a whole lamb, it will likely be a bit more or a bit less. The price per pound won't change, but the total price will depend upon the weight.
