  Summary:

  1. When you submit your order, your credit card will be authorized, but it will not be charged until a few days prior to the delivery. Our system will generate an initial invoice sent by email to you.

  2. Product prices shown are estimates based on "average" weights.

  3. In assembling your order, some products may be larger than average, and some may be smaller, but all should typically be within 5% of the "average".

  4. Your credit card will be charged the week of the delivery based on the actual weights of the products you receive.

  5. You will receive a second itemized invoice via email with the actual totals within 2-3 business days of delivery.

• Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via FED-EX Ground, Frozen, within one to two days anywhere in the Pacific NW. 

  FED-EX: While most online orders utilize our Neighborhood Delivery Locations, Blue Valley Meats also offers a FED-EX option.

  The order deadline is Monday night, and we ship each Wednesday.

  Your package will arrive on Thursday or Friday, depending upon your location. The charge is $1.50 per pound for the first 40 pounds, plus $1.00 per pound thereafter. The minimum charge is $35, which applies to orders of 20 pounds or less.

  When you choose the Ship-to-Home option, a min. $35 charge will appear, but your credit card will be charged more if the weight of your package exceeds 20 pounds, which includes the weight of the ice and packing materials. This will appear in the invoice emailed to you.
